Just read that on twitter, wtf... before I say what I'm about to say, let me just assure you that I wouldn't wish that on anybody, and I truly am sorry, however....

It really fucks us up for tomoz, they'll be well up for it now.

This is very sad news and my thoughts go out to his family. RIP Mr Doughty.

However, despite being the owner, Doughty had not been to watch Florist in months. There have been lots of Florist fans wanting him away from the club. I understand that relationships between him and the club were not great. He did, however, agree to bankroll them for a futher 2 years, so what happens now???

A lot of fans thinking the 70m will now be demanded by his family, I wonder if he waived it in his will? Could be very dark days for F*rest ahead.

I agree about not wishing it on him, he supported his club with millions of pounds and was repaid with abuse from his fellow 'supporters.'. I don't think any of the players have any ties to him or the club really I think that's part of their problem. It shouldn't effect the game. I have a feeling the players will be wondering if their wages will still be paid.

I truly hope there are no stupid songs about this tomorrow, we should be way above that.

    Amazing news.

I logged on expecting some amusing anti-Forest banter, but not this.

Like everyone else - thoughts go out to his family and friends and I can't help but wonder what will happen to tomorrows game - I'm guessing postponed, and what will happen to Forest - I'm guessing administration.

If it does go ahead I hope our fans respect the minutes silence - afterall, he's done well for Derby County this year

I certainly hope the game isn't postponed tomorrow. In fact I don't quite understand why it should be to be honest.

Of course it shouldn't. He's had nothing to do with the club for months probably because he was being abused by a section of their 'fans'.

He was also subject to a torrent of "hate" emails etc., from some of them, apparently.

There was a guy who got banned on Tuesday for sending an abusive email to Doughty. Stewards marched him out of the ground at half time and took his season ticket away.

It's at least 1 - 2 inches deep here chicken, and I'm a 5 minute walk from pride park, it is also still snowing, and not due to stop until midnight....

That being said, I think it will be gone too lol! the official twitter page seem to think it wont be a problem either... however they haven't answered whether ND's death will postpone the match or not, despite hundreds asking in the last hour or so.

I might actually go and measure it to be sure, lol, as you're right, we normally get nothing :(

Kids just been making snowmen outside though, so it's damn sure more than an inch lol!
