    I've eaten mine and I could tell it was horse when I got a bit in my mouth.

    On a serious point, I'd eat horse no problem, why not, as long as you know it's horse of course

    i too don't see what the fuss is about - I like horse - have eaten it in france and holland.

    The veggie burgers are just as bad - they have found traces of uniquorn (groan)

    That's a good recipe Mucker used it myself...I like to use a little Shergar in mine but I couldn't find it last time.

    I don't see the problem, apart from the fact that horsemeat doesn't appear among the contents. Horse meat is tasty and every bit as healthy for mankind as beef, more so than pork...........

    It is regularly eaten in Holland, France, Germany, Spain etc etc etc..........
