I'm still hoping that you'll be playing Lancashire next season, but it seems that they have more lives than three bleedin cats..... Bang head

Great victory. Super end to the season after an abysmal start.

Welch has made a lot of changes, which raised eyebrows and they seem to be working. Great to see some local lads looking like making the grade, in the past they have tried local lads but the wrong ones with the feeling of friends in the right places. Borrington for one was never first class standard, Redfern another.

Young Slater from Chesterfield has done well, next season will be big for him, the keeper Hossein from Matlock, keep your eye on him a natural keeper from a very young age, also Dominic Cork's lad is very promising he should go well next season, as well as the bowler Taylor who did well before injury.

Still some deadwood to rid, Chesney Hughes and Godleman has done better of late but overall hasn't been good enough. Looks promising though for next season, one day cricket as well.

    Well done to Welch!!
