I bet they're glad they had to wait two months for him to take over. If only he'd taken over this time last year they could be battling relegation in league 1 by now.

Re: Pearce Gone!
S*it manager, s*it club.
But say what you want, he was a proper legend of theirs, which I don't give a s*it about, of course, but as a man, he's always come across a good 'un to me. This will hurt him massively, and personally, I'm rather pleased and proud that we at least donated him the BCT to take with him... afterall, it'll be a good few years before we get that back!

Re: Pearce Gone!
The soap opera at Forest since fawaz has taken over just gets funnier. He just jumps from one crap manager to another and thinks that because the manager has some previous forest connection the fans will be happy.

Re: Pearce Gone!
On a more serious note maybe a new manager will get em playing better, they have some important games against our nearest rivals. Wouldn't mind em doing us favours against Bournemouth, Middlesborough and Ipswich

If the bloke who managed Palace turns up, they could well move up the table - they have
some winnable games coming up and they beat Bournemouth in August.
If the bloke who managed Bolton turns up, relegation beckons.

Would prefer they lose every remaining match and go down. But if they're going to stay up I'm not above accepting aid from such desperate and despicable quarters.

What's his 'advisory role'? Other than playing them a bit of Stranglers and a flip chart with 'How not to...' written on it?
His best option is to walk away.
