    All-European Squad

Post by Venice Ram on Thu 26 Mar 2015, 2:12 pm

If you were selecting an All-European squad, say 24 players, how many British players would you include ? The only contenders I can think of would be Bale, Roooney and possibly Hart, especially after his recent performance against Barcelona.

    Anyone else ?

I wouldn't select Rooney if there's any chance the shirt has any lions on it.

Bale and Kane. Hart is close.

Kane genuinely reminds me of a three way cross between Owen, Lineker and Sheringham.

No, they'd play out of their skins but get injured in the 90th minute then be unavailable for club play until roughly the next international break.

To start with Neuer and De Gea would be my goalkeepers, so no Hart, none of our defenders get close, Midfield probably not ,......and up front Bale, Sterling, Walcott, Welbeck ,Rooney, Kane all would get a mention although not sure how many would make the final squad!
