    Belgium 1 Dunblane 3 - Part 2

    Same sentiment, different viewing position.

Sport and Sportmanship. Two things that are one IMO. Two things that go hand in hand in many Sports but are, all too often, missing in football.

Flashback to Sunday afternoon, 29th of November 2015. An absolutely brilliant point finished off with a sublime shot saw Team GB win the Davis Cup. The emotions take hold, Andy Murray falls to the ground, teammates jump on top of him in joyful celebration and then................... the brain kicks in and, with every bit as much energy and urgency as he showed in the match, Murray pushes his mates off him, jumps up, goes to David Goffin, shakes hands and hugs the lad. he then shakes hands with all of the Belgian players, management and backroom staff. Only then does he resume his, well deserved, celebrations.

    Professional footballers, please take note!

That really did show class. It was the first thing I noticed that through the emotion of it all he still had the grace to go and shake hands before really celebrating. I am not hia biggest fan but that impressed me.
