    How to Host a picture

    Step 1
    Click on the Host Image Icon (Icon has a small computer disc on it)


    Step 2
    Inthe dialogue box
    Click FILE
    then BROWSE


    Step 3
    Find Image you want on your hard disc
    click OPEN


    Step 4

    When the Image address appears in dialouge box
    Resize the image (640 is the size for these images)
    click HOST IT


    Step 5
    When the dialouge box with 3 new addresses appears
    click on the middle box IMAGE & copy the address


    Step 6
    Paste address into the reply box

    You click the "S" when replying. The "S" is near the "B" for Bold and "U" for underline

    Youd have to add the videos to youtube, dailymotion or google video to show them on this
