Yeah, the transfer window is my favourite part of the year. Not quite sure what to make of that.

Personally think Lansbury is bang average..also, we don't need another midfield player..we already have 8 of them.
Try a right back (De Laet), a right winger (Knockeart), a forward (Assombalonga), a centre half (Dunk or Hanley)...they would be much more useful...

I think Dunk would be too expensive looking at some of the prices bandied about.

From a forward perspective...if Pearson goes for 4-4-2 I would still like to see Nahki Wells playing off Martin....he would be a forward ( who wouldn't cost a ton) who I think would thrive at Derby.

If Pearson could pick out Vardy I'd be inclined to trust his judgement.

Here's a video of the 20 goals that Kodjia scored for Bristol City last season -

If they were in chronological order he appears to blossom, or the quality of goals improve as the season went on

From what I can gather he's pretty quick, decent in the air and finishes very well. He's also supposed to be greedy and has been known to go through a whole game without making a pass.

I'm not sure that £4m would get him as Bristol City's new owner makes Mel look like a pauper - although juggling the FFP figures probably means more now than actually having a mega rich owner. He also used to play in the same side as Camara.

Saw him on a couple of occasions this past season and he appeared to have lost that spark he always had. Not as quick off the mark, which was what gave him the chance to play as well as he used to.

    Not for us IMO.

Seems to be coming from Alan Nixon, apparently we've agreed to give him a free transfer. Be quite a surprise not to see him go to Burton if t's true.

Simples, McClaren coached him how to defend, he became just about good enough to be a squad player. Wish him well, but not good enough at championship level..having said that, bet he is Burton bound..

Saw on a site yesterday that we are after a centre half from 1860 Munich (2nd tier club) who has 4 U21 caps for Germany. So finally, Schindler is on the list ;)

Despite the pun, the guy is called Schindler and we are apparently after him. He signed a contract extension to the end of the 18/19 season earlier this year so there would be a fee involved.

Looks like a dodgy random transfer bullshit account - but I'm bored of Brexit stuff, so I though I'd post it anyway.

After the Keystone Cops defending under his tutelage at Derby, repeated completely at Newcastle, do you have any irrefutable evidence that McClaren has ever coached ANYONE how to defend??
