    an observation

What I am intrigued by over the last two or three seasons, is the position of Watford . they seem to have new manager annually and constantly confound the critics is this a fluke or what ?

Don't think it's a fluke. Probably more to do with having a well motivated squad of players who understand the system they're playing, are 100% committed to the club, and have an inspiring captain in Troy Deeney who leads by example.

    We should be so lucky.

Watford's owners, the Pozzi family, also own Udinese (Serie A) and used to own Granada too.
The clubs probably share information from scouts etc to ensure a ready supply of quality
players to Watford, on loan or to buy at sensible prices, from Europe and elsewhere.

Watford have very few British players - about half a dozen in a squad of 30 or so.
