    New Rules please

Post by Loughborough Ram on Sat 10 Dec 2016, 11:02 am

Pep Guardiola yesterday called for managers to be able to use up to six substitutions in a game because players are being played to "the point of exaustion". Honestly! Just f*ck off! As if football isn't already geared up to keep the big clubs big and the rest of us feeding off scraps. These f*ckin idiots just don't get it. The more predictable and one sided the game goes, the more fans will lose interest.

So in the Guardiola spirit let's re-write the rule book to help the big clubs as much as possible.

    1. Only teams in the top six of the Premiersh*t are allowed to spend over £500,000 on any player transfer fee.

    2. Clubs in the top six must recieve 70% of tefetees decisions in every game
2i. If both clubs are in the top six, it must be 50-50.

    3. Players from top six clubs will not be punished for clear dives simulation.

    Any more suggestions?

Clubs in the top 6 can choose if they wish to play all games at home unless they're against another top 6 side then the one with the most money chooses.

Clubs in the top 6 can take any other player from any other team for a nominal fee.

Players from the top 6 clubs are entitled to a winter break, everyone else has to keep playing.

But the scary thing is having basically started a trend of selling out to overseas buyers.
You can't rule out this kind of shit being voted in.

Here's a rule. Only 3 foreign players per match day squad and only 5 in the squad of 25...this should be for all football...not just the premier league...then we may get British players coming through and get a decent national team...SIMPLES!!!!!!! Bang head Bang head Bang head Bang head

Teams shall be awarded bonus points for sham injuries and diving that con referees into -

1 point . - stopping the game and getting the trainer on to waste time
2 points - stopping the gaime during an opposition attack
    3 points - awarding a free kick
    4 points - awarding a penalty
5 points - sending off an opponent

The judges will be tv commentators and pundits, and points will be awarded
when they say that the injury or fall looked genuine to them.

There will be monthly and annual awards in each division for the players with
most points. The awards will be called 'The Oscars'.

Doesn't this assume that the'players coming are good enough, we might just drag the whole thing down because our coaching is so rubbish.
Perhaps root and branch reform may be needed before such a drastic step is possible.

    What it means are the following;
Only the top foreign players will remain...so their quality will rub off on our players.
Also, there will be 20 spaces per squad for British players, so will encourage more youngsters to take the game up.
National teams will have at least 400 premier league players to pick from...+ 480 championship players, 480 Division 1 players and 480 Division 2 players....all of a sudden the game would look British again..with a touch of foreign class...just like in the good old days (not actually too long ago....Stimac Eranio et al

every non top 6 side within 100 miles is a feeder club for the top 6 prem side

prem side gets 6 points for a win 3 for a draw and 2 for a defeat - doubled for matches against other top 6 sides

you can only become a top 6 side by buying one of the existing top 6 sides - buying someone else and buying your way on to the top table is now closed for business

6 sides now automatically qualify for the last 16 of the champions league - which includes Barcelona and Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid, Juventus and the 2 Milan sides, PSG, a US team and a Russian team and a team from UAE, Qatar or another middle east club owned by someone with a net worth of at least 300 billion squillion dollars

Matches in which Utd. trail by a goal will continue until Utd. score an equalizer. Oh, wait. You mean rules that aren't already in use, do you?
