He has today joined Aston Villa on a 1 year deal. What does everybody think?

I'm undecided personally, I think that Villa will be up there regardless because they have a good manager, so the signing of Terry could be the icing on the cake, however having played his entire career at the same club in the same league and in the same city, he will have to adapt to a whole new experience which isn't a certainty.

Not bothered. He can be a great leader, but is not averse to a bit of "thug", and is disruptive in the dressing room (and we've already got one of those). Him and a few others were responsible for wrecking Stevie Mac's international career, as they wouldn't play for him, and left him holding the umbrella.

That's a thought I've never heard of before...... we failed to qualify for the final stages of the World Cup because the players didn't want to play for the manager.

If that were true then we may as well pull out of all Championships. Personally, I find it hard to believe that players would purposely miss out on testing themselves against the best........

John Terry - ok footballer total Tuesday of a human being - don't give a shite where he has ended up as long as it is not with us.

Expect him to be another Robert Pires for villa (I think he played 9 times)
