    The importance of Sam

In 2 months Sam Winnalls 4 goals have been directly responsible for 6 points, almost a quarter of our total points haul. Not bad when he has only started a couple of games.

Looks like an inspired bit of business by GR. We certainly got the better of that swap.

With Nugent, Martin, Vydra and Winnall to choose from we now carry a genuine attacking threat, and that will always gives us a chance of winning games.

Just seen the RamsTV interview with the lad. Apparently, he has had 5 shots on goal for us and 4 of those have gone in. That's what I call end product............. in spades.

Now we need Butterfeet to start performing for Wednesday, so a permanent swap can be mooted.

Pity we didn't manage to include a right to buy clause in Winnall's loan deal.

If he goes on scoring at his present rate, Sheff Weds probably won't sell him
unless a PL club makes an extravagant offer.

I have been told that the deal was going to be permanent in the window but we couldn't get that completed in time so the loan happened

I also hear that Winnall want the permanent move

Maybe there is a clause that the club aren't saying
