The stats only serve to increase the fun. The Tree Huggers had.....

    62% possession
22 shots of which 3 were on target, Blunderland had 1 shot all game and it went in LOL roll

    Short memories at all?

It's not long since Derby were sacking managers rather often.

It will be interesting to see who their new owners appoint and
whether they have the patience to give the new manager time
    to turn things round.

In my case I don't think it's a short memory. Both Mac sackings were expected. Clement was given a list of KPI's. They were visited regularly and he was told, time and again, that, apart from good results at the start, he was missing all the expected targets. When the results turned there was no saving grace for his brand of footbore. No surprise there either. Pearson gave us crap results and crap football. Then there was the Idiakez training ground incident that led to a disagreement between MM and Pearo (MM said sack, Pearo not) which led to, according to press reports at the time, a physical altercation after which a departure for the Manager was the only possible outcome.

Those huggers of trees down the road have promised money for transfers, not delivered it and then sacked the manager when result fail. Forest's current side are where they should be IMO. The owner expects far too much IMO.

Mel Morris is A very successful Buisness man, to be successful you have to learn from mistakes, he has not without doubt found the right manager to achieve his goal to make Derby A sustainable Premiership team in Morris/Rowett we trust
