Anybody else still get goosebumps EVERY TIME Bamford squeezes that ball through for Hendrick in acres and acres and acres of space... or is it finally time I grew up?  LOL

You may have seen from a previous post, Mucker, that I had to watch this on skyplus. After copious vodkas and at least three pints.

By the time Patrick saw Jeff, the damn was about to burst. As he played the ball into his path, I had to pause, otherwise my son's bedroom would have needed more than shake and vac.

On breaking the seal, via the nearest bathroom, and returning, about three or four minutes later, I watched the sweet Darlo nutmeg.

It was as I had imagined.

I remember the entire day extremely well, despite copious amounts of falling down water in several establishments pre game, at the stadium and then, via a couple of other hostelries, the Neptune post match. I still remember the "St. George's Cross" on Sky TV. I will look out the photo I took of it in the Neppy shortly and post it up.

In tha concourse we were chatting to a family. I was the most upbeat. Something inside me said it was going to be a good day to be a Ram. Little did I realise how chuffin good it was going to get. The most downbeat was the mother of the family. She was more convinced we were going to get done than I was that the reverse was about to happen.

She was still very worried at 1-0, not much better at 2-0. 3-0 saw her begin to think it might be OK after all. The 4th convinced her and the 5th was the icing on the cake. She has never been so glad to have been wrong.
