5-1 on aggregate? Against the "Best team in Europe" ?

The footballing gods may well have seen sense.

    Bring on Roma.

A bit premature Stockers. It might be one of 2 other sides yet to reach the semi.....

Watched the game, 1-0 in 2 minutes..... should have been disallowed for a foul by Sterling on van Dijk 3 seconds earlier in the lead up to the goal. Good luck for Citeh.

2-0 (1-0?) wrongly disallowed for offside when the forward ball came off Milner's thigh. Bad luck for Citeh.

Mo Salah, who else, got the equaliser and Firmino 'Pool's second.

It still remains to be seen what UEFA do about the attack on the Citeh bus prior to the first leg........

This years Champions League is very open and not the best in terms of quality. Bayern look a shadow of their recent years, Real are too reliant on that one player, Roma are average and Liverpool whilst capable of brilliance, are utterly reliant on their forward three.

Not a vintage year for this competition. It's a shame for City. They have imploded at the worst possible time.

UEFA will do jack. They will wait until the competition is over, speak harshly to Liverpool, perhaps a suspended fine and that will be that.
