first 6 minutes of Derby football

Post by terminaator on Wed 11 Apr 2018, 7:57 pm

first 6 minutes of Derby football I have seen in ages, and Im thinking why nobody puts any pressure on the ball when theyre passing it around in OUR half. Surely theres too much time to find a quality pass behind the lines.... and with our defence as it is, thats exactly what happened.

    Rowett out.

Oh please, yes horrible ball but Rowett out. How many more managers do we need to cycle through, buy more players, get rid of more players, play a whole new system then change it next season, change it again. Give me a break.

They are 9 points ahead of second. Some just don't get Wolves are good. I had us down to lose 2-0 to Wolves. If we somehow snatch a point I will be elated.

We are playing with no urgency. We don't close down quickly..and we have no idea going forward..a bit like Bolton played against us. Bloody work harder ..and get Palmer on..who is quick and direct!

This is what annoys me, the few times I can see Derby play due to an online stream they play like shite.

Sounds like we're saving ourselves for the game against Burton. They got stuffed 5-0 at home last night so it should be a walk in the park for us.

Mind you, I thought that before the Sunderland game. Afraid

They didn't, 8.5 from the sale of Hughes, 7.5 for Lawrence. It helps if the back line you know defends. This isn't on just one player.

There are others on pitch deserve as much criticism as lawrence. Our tactics are negative and we got what we deserve f@#k all

Im not being critical of Lawrence. Im being critical of our transfer activity and performance on the pitch.

I want Clough back. Never should have been sacked. He had flaws but he was growing and learning with the team, and other than Sammon, I cant remember many screwups on the transfer market.

I don't think the 4-2-3-1 formation helps. We often end up overwhelmed in midfield,
with two against three, four or even five opponents and nobody supporting the attack
It's a covert admission that we need six defenders and we don't intend to attack much,
    except by chasing long balls.

Liverpool used the formation but they often switch to 4-3-3, which seems to have
produced their better run of results lately.

I'm not calling anyone in our team for this defeat, we were beaten by a Premiership ready side with some very talented individuals that can also play as a team. We lost away from home against the best side in this division by the proverbial mile.

Sometimes, just sometimes, you have to hold your hands up and say well done to the better side instead of heading for the culture of blame.

Baird was at fault for thier first goal. Lawrence could have closed their la down more quickly for the second.

That said; they were far better than us and 2:0 didn't flatter them on the night.

I never expected us to get anything from this. There is a reason Wolves are all but running away with the division. With a few tweaks they are more than ready for the Prem. We defiantly need to get all 3 point from Burton though.

No, we're being moaning, whining, negative f***ers who spout sh***.

Remember valakari, for every post that is deemed as negative, you should post one that sounds positive.

That way, those on here that have a little trouble reading negative posts will feel a little better and their world will be a bit rosier.

But don’t worry Silks..Val ..you and the rest of the negative crew will eventually get your way and get Rowett out.
And we will pay him and his staff off and hire another manager and wait for the cycle to begin yet again.
You make me laugh you have been telling us all season how shit we are and not up to the job.
Yet you are outraged at our performance at Wolves..what were you expecting ? that we were going to come out playing like Liverpool !
You have lectured us all long and hard about how inadequate we are so the vast majority of us were well prepared for tonight’s game against one of the two quality teams in this division Fulham being the other.
So why the outrage you must surely have known the outcome was inevitable.

I’m pretty convinced now that Trump could drag us all to Nuclear Armageddon tomorrow .
And between the final mushrooms a certain section of our fan base would be pissing and moaning about the Rams and blaming Rowett.

But like I said don’t worry because you lot will win out in the end .
