For me there were 4 candidates. Ledley, Bryson , Bogle and Tomori. Gone for Tomori who won everything

There was one comical moment in the second half when Tomori went hell for leather for a ball in the left back position, and, despite his pace, was never going to get there.

A mistake forgivable for a  20 year old still learning, and who can find Mason Bennett with possibly the pass of the season (this early on) later in the game.   Find me a Rams defender since Stimac who could have played that pass, and I'll call you a liar.

Bryson,  although about 80% of the player of 22/3/14, still epitomised what this team, at this point, needed tonight. Pure will power, running ability,  and, more importantly, especially at 0-0,  a willingness to SHOW   for the ball.  One or two too many players not willing to do that at 0-0.

He made his usual quota of errors, so on that basis, the goal, and the clever wall manipulation for the second, Ledley gets my vote.

If he wins too many more MOTM's though,  we ain't going anywhere fast.

    Haha

Apart from trying to take a player on, lose the ball, pull him back and get booked, you mean?

ledley for me, he seemed the most comfortable with this passing/possesion football and with the goal the confidence lifted the side.

not by me he wouldn’t as I am one of Keogh’s fans but I thought Tomori had a better game.

Did you miss when he lost the ball and tackled the guy to the ground?

    It was Bogle for me.

Or the one where he turned himself into knots in the right back position and put it out for a corner ?

(slaps himself on wrist - "Stockers, stop it!") ....
