Anybody who's remotely above adequate out.
A couple of loans to the end of the season in.
Which will leave us about 6 players come July.
Is anything else not nailed down?

I don't think we will se any ins just a lot of Spin about waiting for the Loan Window to reopen as we will be able to get better quality after the read window shuts as teams will be more inclined to loan their better players out or other such illogical nonesense that tends top come out of the mouths of those who represent our once fine football club.
Leacock and Green will go out on dead line day with noone brought in to replace them to be followed by yet more spin about the board making all of the money available in the Summer to strengthen the squad, something that they will hghlight again during Season ticket renewal time and then conveniently forget about all summer when we could actually buy players.

Pity, a couple of buggers would have been good for getting 'round the back of defenders

Then get some loanees in a few weeks later, who will look good for a couple of weeks then leave, leaving us in the same situation we were a few weeks ago. Great being a Derby fan isn't it.

I reckon Tom Glick might be gone soon.
He must have such a stressful job trying to find new ways to spin poor results, cost cutting and squad weakening. He gets grief and I doubt that he's got any more control over the budgets than Nigel. He is piggy in the middle - a very slick, media savy, professional piggy, but a piggy none the less. There must be teams in America looking for people to run them where on field success forms part of the owner's business plan. Glick is good at what he does, I'm sure he could do better than being a well paid fall guy.
