Terrible news. She was a great poster, both here and on the old DET site. She kept this site running, which actually means quite a lot to me.
RIP Jo, you'll be missed.

Yes very sad to here this news, like most of the forum I didn't know the lady or anything about her but I can empathise with the private loner life she obviously lived and like you all hope she passed peacefully. R I P fellow RAM!

Very sad news. I always enjoyed reading RRC's posts as they seemed so reasoned and thought out. Hopefully she's in a better place now and thank you for all the hard work keeping this board and all the posters in check.

It is with great sadness that on one of my routine, although not very regular check-in with you guys, I read the news of Jo's passing.

Been away a good few months, so thought I'd do a little catching up.
Within seconds, I note we have been graced by the presence of The Master, which brought a smile to my face... then before the minute was out, I find myself on here!
Regardless of what I read next, and whether I comment on it or not, I could not pass through without expressing my own sadness at reading of the terrible news of Jo's passing, and to add my own thanks for her selfless and sterling work, both behind the scenes, and in full view, of this fine forum.
She may have been alone in the physical sense, but I'm sure she would have appreciated that many on here would have been with her in spirit.
May you rest in peace, Jo, and take with you our gratitude and tears in equal measure.

Was a sad time Mucker, a very sad event indeed, Jo had the respect of us all that knew her via this forum which was left rudderless until Master Li stepped in once more. Jo died alone, an event that makes me shudder.
On to happier things, good to see another post from you. Keep 'em coming.

It is better, of course, to know useless things than to know nothing.

Indeed. Jo worked tirelessly to maintain this forum, and was a ray of light amidst many dark days for me as a Rams fan.
Fionn, Mucker, et al owe it to her, and to Master Li, to keep this forum alive in her memory.
As we all do.

Doesn’t feel right to not acknowledge this thread. Was actually looking for her posts as she was the last person I spoke to via PM on here. Terribly sad news. I believe RRC = Rams Reality Check. Found her to be like a favourite school teacher keeping me on best behaviour for a couple of years. Although 18 months late, Rest in peace x
